Autostyle motorsport amplifiers problematic
Bought an audiobank monoblock amplifier from Autostyle motorsport Umhlanga on the 15th of September which I paid R2800 for.Extremely problematic since I've gotten it.it damaged my R1600 subwoofer and now just gives off a funny buzzing sound.Extremely disappointed that not even owning it for 2 months,amp has to be repaired.I would prefer a store credit and buy something else,as the professional installer of this amplifier mentioned that this specific series of amplifiers are problematic,hence autostyle themselves do bot stock them anymore.Im have not abused the product and it is still in excellent condition.As mentioned previously,I would prefer a store credit to take something more reliable

23 May 2020, 21:19Just providing some feedback into this matter, know it's been ages but something the public needs to know about. So I was told there was nothing wrong with the amplifier as per the supplier. So the owner offered to take my Amp back, put it back on display and sell it and give me the cash or part of the cash so I can buy another product. I even said it would be OK to sell it at a lower price because it was a few months old and I was desperate to get an amplifier for my car, as my sound system was not in use. After months of waiting, I never got any joy. The Amp was never sold by them and even when a friend of mine went into the store, he was not offered the amplifier. I ended up going back to the store, taking the amplifier back myself, repairing it and selling it a ridiculously low price so I ran at a major loss. The owner offered me 10percent off the next product I bought, which he offered and I appreciated that. All I can say, their after sales service sucks. Do not expect a resolution but rather expect a delayed 'nothing can be done'.
