Bad Customer Service

I purchased an android radio and firstly iwasntinformed ofall that i need tomaketheradio fit well.Secondly once installed thetouch wasnotresponding.I enquiredabout a swap and they are not responding to my messages and the person assisting is taking their time to respond and action a collection for the radio.
