terrible service at Autostation in Bellville

Took my vehicle in for oil leak coming from the power steering pump. They said they need to replace the pump and fix the steering rack, which cost me R11 000. When I received the vehicle the leak was still there and the pump made a terrible sound. I took my vehicle to get a second opinion at a different garage and they told me the workmanship was really bad. I then took it back for them to fix the leak and the sound, but they only fixed the leak by adding another clamp to the pipe. The sound was still there and they tried to fool me that the sound came from somewhere else and not the pump. But you have to be deaf to not realise that it is the pump. Then I had to take it back again and now its been 3 days, they don't even call you to let you know how far the job is going. Really terrible customer service and bad management! Don't ever take your car to them.
