Originally I took my car to them as my fan packed up last year.

Since August almost every month it overheats and I take it back.. I get it back, then it last a few weeks and same thing happened.

Everytime my car goes back it is something that they have to replace. They replaced the oil coolant which apparently packed up after 6 months, then they decided to bypass it after I told them to replace it. I have time and time again asked if the head gasket is fine and are they sure it doesn't need replacement.

3 weeks ago I was told the head gasket is blowing a little so they going to put sealant in that might work. I got my car back, no one said anything that the sealant didnt work or my car will break again. Nothing. Also was told they need to replace the Thermastat and waterpump which they did. Just more and more money everytime. They didn't tighten some pipe which was loose and I had to take it back to do that.

Today I was told by the receptionist that they want to drop my car off as I was told a long time ago the cylinder head has gone. No one told me the cylinder head has gone. I was told the headgasket is blowing a little and can be fixed with the sealant they have put in.

When I asked why was the thermostat and waterpump not picked up sooner, I was asked, do I know what a job it is to get to it.

I basically see it as negligence on their side as my car went there for the over hearing 9 months ago and almost every month there after and they just kept taking my money guessing what is wrong instead of just opening up and fixed it properly from the start..

Now the blown head gasket is my problem and they are not even willing to help me.
