Lost items

I took my car to Autostar car wash Southdowns, Centurion on the 29 Dec 2024. After travelling on 27 Dec 2024. When I left my departure place I put on my Christmas earring that I did not have time to put on and put my everyday earrings on the same strip of the Christmas earrings. After washing my car I went home parked my car till 31 Dec 2024. On the 31 Dec 2024 I go to my car to change my earring they are not where I left them my change was moved elsewhere and not beneath the hand break compartment. I went to the car wash and left with nothing tangible. I called on the 2 January 2024, the owner told me about a queue of cars he is servicing and will callback I have not heard from him till date. Surely the people who were in my car took them and he doesn't seem interested is resolving this and those were pretty pricy earrings.
