Worst service ever received in my life full stop

We bought a Polo Vivo 1.4 gold silver from Auto Spot Motocare in Strand Street Bellville/Stikland Cash deal for R99 999 Monday the 2nd and collected it Friday 6th July 2018. We took it back to make them aware of the problems on the car Saturday the 7th July e.g. Power steering that’s faulty (making a noise), dash that is cracked, rims that is scratched, wheel nut covers that is damaged.

They told us to bring it in 16th July because they have two cars that’s already being worked on. Leon told us they will replace the power steering pump with an original VW power steering pump that cost R8500 and they will order an original VW Polo dash at Volkswagen because they can’t take it from another car at a s**** because the shapes fit according to the serial number and will source new wheel nut covers. We booked the car in at Auto Spot the 16th July and collected it 27th July, than the noise of the power steering pump where even loader than before, dash was still the same and wheel nut caps wasn’t replaced and we found that the VW wheel caps where damaged by the people who repaired the rims. The 30th July we took it back again and requested a curtesy car they gave us a Nissan SUV, followed up almost every week because my mom didn’t want to drive it because it is too big for her, I told the manager and became sarcastic that the looked after us by giving a curtesy car. I also told him we bought a car cash but not having any pleasure out of it and the money it was bought with was hard earned money it didn’t come easy for us to safe up so much money for a car. I said it’s an inconvenience to us and I normally prefer to have a good relationship with places I buy from so that I can refer other people to them but in this case I won’t do it. On one of the follow up calls we made we spoke to Renier the manager and he told us it’s a pirate power steering pump that was fitted and we were told they ordered from the Volkswagen agents original parts by Leon the sales man. I told him why it must become our problem we gave them ample time to sort it out, the way it is now it is our problem and not theirs. In the whole process they were very laid back about our The day my dad called the Manager Renier about a speed fine of R600 that came to us of 11th September 2018 17:21 for the VW polo ( CA 119954 ) while it was in their care and the vehicle license of the Nissan SUV that has expired end June 2018, my dad told the manager we were already in contact with the motor industry ombudsman and consumer protector. Renier said they will pay the fine. He told my dad he will cover the dash with material to solve the problem and my dad said its fine, we compromised and gave them the benefit of the dought. Monday the 12th November Renier the manager called my dad to say that everything is fixed. We received the car back again Tuesday the 13th November with the noise being worse and when we turn the wheel to the left and right it wakes a noise and on full left lock it makes another noise, the faster we drive the louder the noise of the powers steering become. The front bumper is scratched and the left front fender is scratched. The wheel caps and wheel nut cover covers is still not replaced. AutoSpot Motocare is making their problem ours and after four and a half months we sitting with more problems than the first time it went in for repairs. Please help us to sort out this problem we done all we could and have been more than patient and forgiving with them. We really not happy about the service received and where **** to more than anything else. We were also told it’s a 1st owner car but in the service book we saw we are the 3rd owners of the car. We want our money back and will support a other company that is honest with their customers because it’s been four and a half months passed and every time it comes back worse and with other problems and we not willing to wait another four and a half months and more problems to surface. We tired and stressed out enough at this point.
