Dead in 4 months time

17 August 2020 i bought a 1.6 Tdi Cross Polo from AutoSpot belleville and three days later a car showed due for service . I complained and they serviced it and all was well. Now four months later around the 20 Dec 2020 i am sitting with a maijour problem . This car lost power and i took it to VW for diagnosis and they said its a Turbo of which they gave me a quote of +- R32 000,00 .

I then contacted Paul the manager on the 29 Dec 2020 around 15:00 and he said there is nothing he can do i should talk to Marius a Sales man but he is on leave. I find it very amazing for the manager to send the complaint to a sales person .

I cannot afford R32 K on a car i just recently bought. I need help from hello peter because i still have 5 more years to pay in this car and its already dead.
