Autosepcs Motor Service. Damaged car
My girlfriends car went in for a service. Afterwards she complained about a knocking sound. I check the oil and see that is 3 times above the full line. So I sent them a photo of the dipstick. He stated it is impossible for them to make it mistake because the have cctv that checks how much oil is added to a car. After a big fight. The towed the car. The then didn't drain the oil but sucked out 750ml. Which states that they have seen that there is to much oil in the motor. Afterwords he stated there is no internal damages. How. You didn't open the engin neither did the drain the oil to check for particulates. They also sent me the cctv footage which shows there mechanic checking oil straight after adding it. The viscosity of oil doesn't allow it to run down so fast. They still argue giving me doubt that they are honest and honorable business. They treated us like **** of the earth. I have the video and whatsapp and phone calls to prove to anyone who and what they really are.
