Unhappy customer

I took my 2007 Volvo V50 T5 to Autospec transmission and was charged R 40 000 to fix transmission. My volvo was not down shifting gears when at the robot. It took the whole month at Autospec waiting for parts . The day I was called to collect, the transmission is still doing the same thing, gears not shifting down. On my driving back to Autospec workshop, the right front driveshaft fell on the ground. I had to hired a towing truck to take it back . When I get there , I was told that they didn’t work on drive shaft and the reset will be done on transmission. The driveshaft was fitted back , only to find that the driveshaft rubber boots were not fastened.. Up on collection of the vehicle , I asked if the car was tested. I was told no , they were afraid to drive test because of driveshaft. Now the car is here with me R 40 000 gone and I can’t even drive
