Faulty vehicle

I bought a car on the 16/05/2024 from the auto by us garage Voortrekker road good wood Renault megane 2009 . I bought it cach transfer money amount of 69000 on my phone to the account of . I asked my colleague Mrs B Makuliwe to drive it to my place which is F 156 Taleni street khayelitsha. On the following day I started the car and it did not start untill we kick start the car. Monday I started the car it does same thing and I WhatsApp Shaun the dealer or sales man of the auto by us told him that the car gave me problems does not want to start and I also noticed the oil lickage in the engine when I was looking the problem in the battery because I thought it was the batty problem. When I talk to Shaun told me that he is going to speak to his boss and he will come back to me but he never came back to me untill I phoned him on Wednesday 22/05/2024 he told me that I must not phone again he will come back to me when he spoke to his boss. I waited for him until on day on the 27/05/2024 .then I decided to take the car to them and spoke to both of them .the boss told me that they are not fixing or replacing anything the only thing is going to do is to buy the car on the less price from me. I told him that I don't sell car I want him to give me another car or he give me my money back. So I want you to help me to get my money from them or they must give me another car. I did not get any papers from them they only send me receipt on WhatsApp after I complained about the car.
