Hein could be a bit more friendly & engaging
2.8 rating. Fast and efficient service yes, I did an enquiry the Thursday night & they delivered the vehicle the Saturday morning (+/-1200km from the branch) but the salesman, Hein, could be a bit more friendly and engaging. We communicated mostly via WhatsApp and his response was very short, unprofessional (which I'm willing to share on request) and dry. Didn't even get a "thank you for my purchase/business" message after the CASH payment and delivery of vehicle. As an experienced car sales representative myself I know the importance of friendly & positive engagement with each and every client. The purchased vehicle (9years old) is in good & expected condition. Hence the 2.5 stars. As for Hein 0.3 stars.
