Terrible service

<p>I called Autoquip in Bloemfontein today to find out prices for wheel alignment and asked them are they busy can I bring my car, so the Jacques guy said no they are not busy today I can bring my car. So I drove all the way from Langenhovenpark into the city. When I arrived he said he remember me calling and walked to my car checking everything, yes but I must wait an hour then they can help me, so I said I do not have an hour that is why I called but no they are so busy and he will see what he can do. I do have a job and cannot sit there the whole day.</p> <p> </p> <p>After an hour I said no give my car keys please this is ridiculous, then he searched for my keys could not find them, how unprofessional, the after 10 minutes o sorry here is your keys. Wasted 1 hour of my time and petrol driving all the way to them.</p>
