Nash Nissan and Autoquip teamwork

I had my Tiida in for repairs at Autoquip. The staff notified me of a problem with bolts needed for the brake calliper. This was not good news as it is my only vehicle. I phoned Nash Nissan, spoke to a gent who assured me they can help but it will take 24 hours. Not happy but accepted that the part has to come from PE or Eat London or Timbuktu. Next morning gave them a call to check on progress and was informed all on track. I was presently surprised to get a call from Autoquip a few hours later to inform me that the part is at their premises. No need for collection, delivery etc as Nissan delivered to them without my request to do so. Jaco (Nissan) and the staff from Autoquip (Henry) had me running an hour later. Team work between supplier and service agent. Fantastic gents. Keep up the good work.
