5 months and never ordered

I had ordered a lowering kit for my vehicle and payed the deposit on the 19 SEPTEMBER 2015, I was told the order was place and the springs would be there by DECEMBER. December had came and was told the spring did not arrive and will be there the first 2 weeks in JAN. it is almost the end of JAN and now have been told the spring are still not there and it seems to be a problem to get the springs or it might be on the next shipment. I find this extremely upsetting and a big waste of my time as it is almost 5 months down the line and still no one can give me a date on when the springs will be there or if they were even ordered. i was told it was a difficult spring to find yet they assured me every time it was ordered. If I knew this would take so long I would have made other arrangements with SAC who can arrange the springs in 2 weeks also from Germany. i had emailed the manager with no response, i had to keep calling back and have been told many times they will call back which never happened. I now had to fly the parts in as it is needed asap for a car show in FEB wich has cost me almost even more now
