Not delivering on Vehicle Keys

<p>During April 2016 I engaged Autopre for the purchase of Mercedes Vito. The salesman that assisted me was Kobus Pienaar from Autopre. After I had my cousin inspect the vehicle and on his recommendation I, decided to purchase the vehicle.</p> <p>I paid my deposit on 12 April 2016 and received the vehicle give or take a week later. On delivery of the vehicle the truck driver made me aware that there was only one key for the vehicle. The following day I contacted Kobus and he informed me that that was the case. All throughout our numerous discussion he never felt the need to inform me of this major detail.</p> <p>I told him that this makes me feel as the total truth was not convey to me, but he promise he will discuss this situation with his Business partner Colin Roux, whether they can compensate me to make a duplicate key. A week or so passed and Kobus informed me that he spoke to Colin and they were in agreement that they will contribute R 2000.00 towards the key.</p> <p>Kobus went quiet for a while and I told him I haven’t receive that money as yet, after providing my banking details as requested by Kobus and he told me to contact Colin Roux directly as they were not in partnership anymore. Once I got hold of Colin he denied ever agreeing to this arrangement and that Kobus owes him money and they are current having legal disputes. Colin also distance him from Kobus interaction and requested me deal directly with Kobus, which at the time was neither working at Autopre who I purchased the vehicle from.</p> <p>This is 5 months later and I still haven’t received any joy or contact from these man.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
