Hidden fees

Agreed to purchase second hand vehicle from Auto Plus. Salesman Willie never told me about fees and registration (OTR fees) of R7,000 over and above. I offered to do registration and everything myself. WIllie refused and said it is their "policy" to do it themselves and charge R7,000 for the paper used and tome spent!! R7,000 of paper! It is a disguised fee. I am willing to buy cash and do my own registration but Auto Plus is not willing to let me do it. Be vary careful!
