Worst Ever Travel Experience

Upon booking my ticket with City to City, I made it clear that I would be travelling with a child. I had to sit a row away from my child who spent a quarter of the journey crying her eye***** out, and she had to sit on my lap for the rest of the trip; she is 6yrs old and is almost as tall as I am. The trip was uncomfortable and unpleasant, and the 2 drivers on the bus did nothing to try and remedy the situation
