Poor workmanship

Supplier used second hand spares instead of new. Parts were broken, stuck with tape and vehicle was delivered as if there was nothing wrong. When service provider was confronted it was first denied then the explanations started to change with no accountability accepted. Still no feedback and closure. Had to re-do repairs that already were paid for at another service provider. Worst experience ever.
