The worse dealership that I have ever dealt with.

The worse dealership that I have ever dealt with, and I've dealt with many. They sold a vehicle to me which was falsely advertised, has power steering and seat-belt related problems which makes it unsafe as well as many other problems such as a faulty air-compressor unit and pulley wheel. Mercedes checked and confirmed all these problems and quoted R39,823.20 to replace the faulty and unsafe components. I let them know of the problems within 24 hours of having the vehicle in my possession and their solution was that I return the vehicle for their mechanic to resolve the issue, completely ignoring and outright rejecting my right to request that the vehicle be returned and refunded in full as it is unsafe, faulty and was falsely advertised (they said it has FSH with the agents and that's been proven to be a lie). On top of this, they sent a leather "specialist" to my house to dye the leather of the driver's seat and in doing so, they ended up causing damage to the interior trimming and dash as well as to the exterior paintwork as there are now black spray dots all over the vehicle which is white in colour. They now want me to send the vehicle to them so that they can fix the mess that they're responsible for ion the first place. Thanks but no thanks! I strongly recommend that you stay away from this dealership, they will not help you after they have your cash, period. I will make it my mission to share my experience and warn others not to make the same mistake that I made.
