Pathetic and Terrible business ethics= Autonische Durban

<p>I Purchased a 2007 Ford Focus ST on the 24th of February 2017, on delivery a wheel nut was missing which was brought to the sales guys attention (Darren) and questioned how did the vehicle pass COR if the wheel nut was missing but has no reply. As part of the deal there was a Paint touch up to be done . Car was booked in and taken to ultimate cars in isipingo where the work was carried out. 11 days later vehicle was picked up from Autonische Springfield park , on the way home i noticed there was a malfunction was the rear lights. The vehicle then picked up a noise on the front wheels so i took it to CV Joint Specialist thinking it was a wear and tear item only to find out the vehicle was covered in old grease and oil all the way underneath which was a clear indication that the vehicle was actually not tested at COR Level. Dealership was contacted numerously and the only feedback was they are not obliged to provide a fault sheet and i must now take it up with the Test Station. I have engaged a Legal representative and up until now the 2nd of May 2017 the dealership does not care! The vehicles disc expired and the COR that was supposably done by them expired aswell!.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have read complaints from other buyers aswell on this site and wish i had seen it earlier as it now seems to me its a recurring pattern of business practice!</p>
