Pathetic and disgusting service .....Selling of tampered vehicles !!!!!

<p>i have purchased a vehicle hyundai h100 from autonische car sales , situated at shop 1 umgeni junction , 47 intersite avenue , springfield on the 25/08/2016 . My sales person Yugen , sold me the vehicle for R108 799 .With a 2year extended warranty which is covered by the advantage motor protector.</p> <p>On the 24th november 2016 while driving the vehicle it broke down .I contacted my salesman he advised me to call the warantee people .I called the waranty guys and my vehicle was towed to hyundai durban south ,372 edwin swales drive , Edwin swales on 25/11/2016.</p> <p>The vehicle was stripped down and findings were that the camshaft was broken causing other damages.The quotation for the job at the time was R29 003.30 .Hyundai emailled the quotation to the warranty people , who then states that they are sending their assesor to Hyundai .The assesor`s findings was that the vehicle was tampered with , the camshaft gear was broken in the past before the vehicle was even purchased and was welded causing the problem to re occur , due to that the warantee will cover repair costs.i took the quotation to the dealership where i bought the vehicle and spoke to my salesman , who states he has to speak with the manager about the situation .On the 29th of november , the salesman informs me that he cannot do anything .My vehicle is parked at hyundai workshop and nothing is done .i requested to speak with the manager and till date no one has contacted me , i even been to the dealership requesting for the manager and was denied a meeting with him .According to the CPA , its my right to speak with a manager , surely a case severe has this should be dealt with the upmost care and be prioritized .This is ***** !!! ive been sold a vehcile that was tampered with how is that my fault has a consumer i innocently purchased the vehicle , not knowing the autonische dealership , sells vehicles that have been tampered with !!!!! </p>
