Bad service

Bad service, don't comply with duration of the convertion that were agreed apone. Struggle to get comunication, when will the convertion be done and the Mahindra be delivered back to us in Phalaborwa. Not once did the manager or the owner contact us to explain what is going on. We only get to speak to the admin lady and if we call we just get the admin lady. They ask for full payment and because we really need the vehicle sooner than later we did the full payment. The lady said there wasn't any hickups and they request full payment. The lady asked for another 8 days when we closed the 7th of June, so now 8 days passed and still no sign of the Mahindra. And still waiting....
