BAD SERVICE FROM AUTOMOTIVE DYNAMICS, BRACKENFELL.KIM

My XTrail's engine packed up a month after I bought it. (Feb 2020) Because the business is RMI affiliated the vehicle was sent to them. They took the engine out and then quoted me R155 000 to redo the engine (!!) Because of the crazy price I requested them to bring the vehicle home. I had to go back 3 times to go search for parts they didn't bring back. They still owe me a sump cover. The sump cover they originally returned belonged to Toyota. Afterwards they sent me 5 different sump covers that belonged to 5 different cars. When I started threatening them with further, The manager promised that he will find the correct cover. He eventually sent me 5 sump covers again of which 3 were previously sent to me and which I marked for them. One of the other 2 was too small. Any decent mechanic would have seen it. The last one was that of a BMW which was too short. Al correspondence after that went unanswered even one to the owner of the business. A new sump cover must be imported from Japan and will cost more or less R3500. If you want to save yourself any heartache please do not make use of their services. It will be a big mistake. BE WARNED.
