My husband parked at the automotion parking at Cape Town international Airport on the 27-30 November. On the 1st December he realized his USB stick was missing and called them. He was told he would get a call from the Manager but no one called him. he called back a few days later to inquire and was told they are not aware of the incident and again was promised the manager will call him. Today he called again and was told the manager was not there and would give him a call tomorrow. Please get your communication channels right. you deal with corporate companies and need to be more professional and honest when dealing with your clients.
