Terrible service

Our beloved car💔. The first alarming this should have been that the page does not have before and after pictures of cars. It’s been over a year and six months since we have had empty promises from Automend to fix their botched up work. We recently sold the car for a very low price because every car dealership that inspected the car said the same thing ‘the repairs and paint job was not done right at all’. Our 10k down the drain (gone to Rodney for free).

I am not denying that you had advised when the car can be booked in for but you had always given us the run around even with prior bookings made. You did not even confirm the time for the date of booking. Also, please stop lying that you always aim to keep your customers happy because we would not have to beg you for over a year to fix YOUR faults and shortcomings. In addition to this, there are bad reviews on your business and services apart from me and even some that message me on Facebook sharing their bad experience with you (I am more than willing to share screenshots again).
