Purchasing a written off car

I bought a car from DM motors Automax In March 2021 , then in April I started hearing a sound. I took it back to the dealership and they did it was too minor to fix it. Eventually my uncle who’s a mechanic realized it was on an accident. So we got SAMBRA to inspect it, And they confirmed it was in an accident. I have been going back and forth with the bank and the dealership, but I am not getting anywhere. As I have been wanting to return it , but the bank wants me to return it whereas the dealership has been giving me the run around.
