Very very bad service!!!!!

It is 3 weeks qnd 4 days since Automation Security Zambezi str 40 Three Rivers Vereeniging collected the motor of the electric gate. There is according to the technician something wrong and they have to send it to the fabric. They indicated initially that it will take 5- 7 working days.<br> <br> The motor still has a warranty on it. The owner of the business a lady promise and avoid answers , she has no positive answer for me . The technician as well as the people of the fabric each has their own version and story. My Father Mr Koekemoer made 18 calls up to date with no positive response from all role players.<br> <br> I can not understand why they just not replace the motor.
