Poor service from Automark Acardia/Toyota Financial Service

On the 9th February 2018 I bought a brand new car at Automark Arcadia the car Model is 2018 TSI Polo Comfortline with a sunroof Maroon in colour Firstly the car they sold me doesn't have original documents an the car permit has expired and the car is "brand new". The car doesn't have mats inside n it's a Brand new car they says a mats is extra feature. When I call they no longer answering my calls and the permit has expired I don't know what to do anymore Please help me.
