***** by Toyota dealer

I bought a 2010 Prado from Trophy Toyota Automark in Modjadjiskloof. At the time of finalizing the agreement, I found out that the vehicle had covered 500km more than when I made the offer to purchase. Their explanation was simply that the Dealer Principal had driven the vehicle for some time. They then agreed to reduce the purchase price by R5 000 but , because I had already finalized Finance arrangements with the bank, they said they would just pay this money directly to me once the bank pays them. They now refuse to pay this amount. Also, they charged me on the road fees. They then registered the vehicle in my name, but failed to pay the licence for the vehicle. Because of this, I am unable to renew the licence for all my other vehicles.
