Bad bad attitude

Had a puncture and needed help a bit late in the afternoon,but seeing their doors still open i decided to stop there and have the puncture repaired,wish i never did. The receptionist said they were already closed,i asked her nicely to please help me,she rolled her eyes and accepted the job. Puncture repaired,they put the tyre in my boot because they were already closed,and after charging me a whopping R109!!! ,for a puncture?? really???My boyfriend stopped there the next day and asked if they can please just put the wheel back on as he was still driving on the spare after which the same lady rolled her eyes once again and said that there will now be an extra charge for that!!! Service??? What service??? He then took the car down the road to TYREMART,they put the wheel back with a smile and didnt even charge him! Now thats service!!!!!
