Appalling service

<p>My car was taken for interior and engine cleaning, which set me back a 1000 but because this is a well established place and I assumed it will do a great job. Well, when I got home and checked interior it was fine but the engine cover has just been sprayed with silicone . After a day the interior started smelling and yes I left it in the sun n a breeze to dry but still didn't go away. I told them, they told me to come back. I did so and explained what was wrong but while I was talking the lady which I think is the manager kept rudely interrupting me and saying that it not their problem. But after reiterating my dissatisfaction, she then told one of the employees to remove the marks on the seats with water. I'm not the client to complain , I just ended up taking my car and leaving 1400 rands less and unhappy . I just wish them the best and hope the service improves because I won't be Back , first and last. Ridiculous prices , pathetic service and a lady that doesn't know how manage her staff.</p>
