Bad service and empty promises AUTOLINK Voortrekker road

<p>I bought a used BMW X3 from Autolink 2 months . On the testdrive I did not feel anything strange, and the sales person, Jerome Ras was very helpfull to sell the car. I did not put a spare key on the CPA form because he said that he will arange a spare key for me. </p> <p>On my way home, I heard a strange sound everytime that I slow down or go around slow around a coner, after 2 weeks that the car was at "BMW" i found out the car was never at BMW, but rather someone else. They replaced the tyres and the sounds was better, but still there. </p> <p>I took the car back again. They took it to another brake and cluthch place. And according the owner of AUTOLINK it is normal for an older car to make sounds like that. I phoned BMW and spoke with plenty of people whos BMW's has more km on it and none of them makes that sound. They are unwilling to sort this problem out that was their from the begining. </p> <p>And I am still waiting for my spare key. I contacted Jerome 2 weeks ago and now he says he never said that he will get me a spare key. </p> <p> </p>
