Dishonest and Pathetic

We bought a tonneau cover which was torn and damaged (New). As we were leaving the country we brought it to there attention with the understanding that it would be rectified on our return. We had to take the cover +- 100kms back to them as the refused to collect it. After waiting for nearly 7 weeks for a replacement which was promised as the old old (new) one could not be fixed, with plenty of promises and lies in between we finally received our original tonneau cover back in worse condition than it was originally returned. (it now had holes old stitching holes where it never had before and a tear).

We contacted the company and they had more excuses than ever. Another 6 weeks has since passed with promises and lies almost daily. The final straw was when they told us the a courier company had lost it after they sent it 10 days ago. I contacted the company only to find they had closed their account in 2016.
