Autolek Herm**** - something doesn't feel right

My car was in for serious repairs, for 2 x months. We've made 3 x payments for a total big amount on: 28 July 16 Aug 20 Aug

I've asked a few times for the paid invoice, with the guarantee information on the invoice for the work that was done. I still haven't received any paid invoice and am scared to drive out of town without that paid invoice with the important guarantee information on it.

I've asked again this morning, but I still get nothing. The owner kept giving me excuses. Something isn't right.

Not sure what to do.
