Questionable establishment integrity!

In this age of transparency and where a business tries to differentiate themselves by ideals of customer service it is unfortunate when the old adage comes to pass where one really is warned not to trust a used car salesman. I must firstly point out that our actual salesman is not at fault but rather the establishment. Having selected a vehicle early Saturday morning, sent the application forms in whilst standing on the curb, we were offered first option. We waited all day today for news as the finance office only operates on weekdays. Finance having being approved, we have however been informed that the vehicle has been sold by a colleague (who knew of our intentions and arrangement) to a cash buyer. So my review is really to say that if you don't have the means to pay cash, perhaps look elsewhere.
