Non-disclosure of parts

I bought a Landrover Disco 4 at 160 000km and the service from Stuart was impeccable. Upon taking delivery I was able to pick up few things that were not intact, and was able to get help. I had complained about the brake pads but was told it was an alignment issue, had to replace them within 6 weeks of taking delivery. The big issue though was when I took the vehicle for a major service at 180 000km then I was told that the timing belt was not replaced at 160 000km as per manufacturer's specifications. I have escalated the matter back to the dealership to get help, however, the owner Tian Cloete doesn't seem to be interested and has never even bothered to respond to any of my messages, even ran off when I went to the dealership to see him.
