RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Telephone call to this branch this morning around 8h10am to make a booking follow up. The lady on reception identified herself as Sylvia.I explained the reason for my call as vehicle booking.She then transferred me to the service advisor Belinda I hold on for 5min and call went through Felicity who transferred me there was no answer for a while the call rang was again pick up by Sylvia.I asked a direct number which she gave ***. Minutes later I called the number to no response. I decided to call switchboard again asked for Belinda service advisor.Sylvia raised a voice and said to me you cannot talk to Belinda she is busy with client bookings,I was astonished am I not a client? Did you not know when you previously transferred my call after holding for almost 10min you now tell me with that attitude. Sylvia rudely asked who ARE YOU? I gave her my name and she was agitated and alleges she was not the one she never spoke to me I found this very unprofessional especially for a front line staff member. I used this branch for more than 10 years and this to me is unacceptable I have never experience it with staff over the years servicing my cars all divisions were always professional
