Mandatory compulsoryBull add-ons that makes a car un-affordable

<p>So I saw a car I like and I might afford the premiums, that is until autohaus starts to load it with ****. I understand there are on the road cost (Even though they are not the cheapest with a +-R4000 admin fee) and sommer fees totaling just under R7000. Then they add a compulsary warranty (Yes, you have no say in the matter) A mandatory smash and grab of +-R3500(because some poor soul had an incident that they broke into his car, can you believe that in south Africa) and who knows what else. I left the ladies office before she finished being dis-satisfied with the service and having no choice of what I want and don;t want. You are forced to pay for +-R20000 worth of **** from them which would have cost you less done privatly and by now the price was so loaded I couldn't afford the car anymore. No where on the car or application form was there any indication of mandatory smash and grag and a warranty. </p> <p>To put the cherry on the pie, I've been a client of them since 2012 when I bought my previous car and in 2015 I bought my wifes car from them too. Can you believe that the reward for being a loyal customer, paying on time is a 13.8% intrest rate. That is 1.3% higher than Wesabnk approved me for and they claim that it is the best they can do for a loyal customer.</p> <p>Well, I learned my lesson. They won't seem e again, not even for a service that I've been doing with them from 2012. The are out to suck people dry for every penny that they can and are hearless and ******** to the customers needs in the process.</p> <p> </p> <p>If I could, my rating would be -10</p> <p> </p>
