Exceptionally outstanding service & customer care

My wife's Jetta 4 TDI broke down with a defective diesel pump at 320000km. I was informed by the workshop manager at Autohaus that a new one would cost me around R51000! My assigned service consultant, Marietha Otto, phoned around until she found a diesel workshop that would repair my defective diesel pump for a reasonable price. Meanwhile my wife urgently needed a car for her work - which involves a lot of driving. Marietha promptly arranged an Autohaus courtesy car for her to use - free of charge for almost two weeks! Meanwhile Marietha regularly phoned me to keep me informed of progress. I ended up paying a fraction of the initially quoted price and my wife could do her work uninterrupted. A service consultant like Marietha Otto adds immeasurable value and does a lot to restore one's confidence in the motor industry! Bravo! Keep up the good work Marietha - and Autohaus!
