Disappointed with horrible service from VW

In a matter of 5 months, my Polo 1.2 Bluemotion has been with the dealership 3 times. It currently has 45 000km - in my view, still brand new. I experienced extremely bad service, not once, not twice, but ALL 3 times.

On the 6th of October 2016 my car was returned to Autohaus Centurion.

I received a call from the dealership once where the explained to me what they discovered with my car. They kept on insisting that I have put petrol in my car instead of diesel. I kept to my word that that is not the case as I am te only driver of my car and I always check my slip when I pay to make sure that they filled my car with diesel. Thereafter they had to involve head office with technicians from their side and and and…. Subsequently, I received a call to let me know that I am liable for the cost due to an external company which needed to verify that the right fuel was indeed put in my car. This was another disaster I received 3 sms messages notifying me of a delay – results were due on the Monday, then the Friday and then extended again. Just for the results to come back as negative - so in fact, they just proved what i have been tellling them from day one.

Eversince there has been no communication from the dealership, nor follow up from Head Office as i have escalated the matter to them as well. According to the dealership, they are awaiting head office for approval to go ahead and repair my car, and from head office there is a delay, for what reason, I dont know. I cannot help to feel that head office is thinking of a story not to be held liable to fix my car.

So called correspondence from head office was sent to me on the 10th of November - I am still waiting for the e-mail after I have sent them my correct e-mail address - so no excuse is acceptable to me....today is the 20th of November.

From head office I was also promised to be contacted before close of business on Monday, 14 November... still waiting.

I insisted on an answer by close of business on the 18th of November - needless to day I didn't get an answer....but to be honest, that was expected, coz that is what I have been dealing with over the past couple of months.

There is absolutely no service and from Volkswagen, wether from the dealership or from Head Office.

I am beyond frustrated with the lack of accountablility and customer service from Volkswagen and extremely disappointed as I have been a customer for serveral years.

My car needs to be repaired, and if they dont know what the hell they are doing, they need to replace my car...and if that is not an option, I will insist on a refund in order to purchase a car that is firstly reliable, and secondly where i will be dealing with people that cares and put their costomer first.

This is most definatly not the case at Volkswagen!!!
