DELAYS ON VEHICLE

To Whom it May Concern, <br> <br> To say I have received appalling service from this company is a complete understatement, I cannot even begin to describe my disappointment. I was involved in a car accident at the beginning of March and you can imagine the trauma that has put me through. I contacted my insurer OUTsurance and they were quick in response time yet lacking in follow-up with the progress in repairs for my vehicle. <br> <br> Its now April and I am still car-less and I have had to make weekly phone calls to get the same response from the people at Autohaus Strijom Park. Since the 07/03 I have been hearing from them that \7-8 working days\" EVERY week till my car is ready, and /or taking 10 full working days for my vehicle to start being prepared. <br> <br> Am I to wait till May to get my vehicle back? I do not understand why I am paying so much money in excess and premiums to wait a month for cosmetic repairs on my vehicle. This is such disappointing service from this supplier considering I had received exemplary reviews from everyone I know including the Suzuki car dealership who recommend this panel beater. <br> <br> Is my car going to have problems if it is ever ready? I am very unhappy :( :( :( :( :("
