Bad Customer Care

In October 2014 we bought a 2008 VW Caravelle 2.5 diesel from VW Autohaus Centurion. Due to my injuries sustained in a accident, it is very difficult to operate a vehicle with a clutch, this was the main reason I bought a vehicle with automatic transmission. <br> <br> After being without my vehicle for a period of more than 18 weeks and 5 gearboxes. It's still not working. <br> <br> After numerous requests through out the year, I requested that the Dealer principle get involved or that we have a meeting. Every time I get a response from Mr Victor Farquhar that the DP is not available. Because of this, I request that VW South Africa get involved.
