AutoHaus Strydom Park, zero star rating. Steer clear.

After damaging my vehicle reversing out of garage, insurance instructed me to take my Porsche to Autohaus in strydom park for repairs. I waited 3 months for minor damage to be repaired, Autohaus was apparently waiting for parts. I eventually received notification that vehicle was ready for collection. On arrival was disappointed as there where very noticeable issues and an obviously lack of quality control or management overlooking work. Mirror housing was not fitted correctly, huge gaps in placement, paint runs, damage to rim not repaired, scratches from incident on back bumper still present, colour mismatches on paint work and overall lack of good workmanship. I have also received an Aarto infringement for period whilst vehicle was in Autohaus care. After some time waiting for assistance this very rude, non customer centric chap named Axel assisted me, I pointed out issues and this Axel guy got very rude and even became threatening towards me. Apparently Axel is the son of the original owner and from my experience not a decent human at all. I have had to call in the insurance assessor in to resolve issues and have the repairs done correctly. Unless you want problems, I suggest do not use AutoHaus in strydom park, since Axel has taken over service, quality control, customer centric service and decent workmanship or pride in work lacks. This was overall a terrible experience that I would not wish on anyone. Steer clear of using this company.
