Bad Service and Problematic Car

Took delivery of a 2010 BMW in January and not even a week later I took it in for a coolant leak. They said they had fixed it but in April the coolant leak came back. Called them and they said the mechanical warranty would sort it all out. Warranty covered a certain portion and now that they can't pay the remaining the salesperson doesn't want to even answer me. He goes by the name of Themba.

Vehicle has multiple issues of which they don't want to entertain.

If you really looking for a problematic vehicle then this is the place to shop but if you want a nice clean vehicle then don't even bother with this dealership.
