Worst Customer Service EVER

When taking an insurance you believe that when something happens to your car the insurer will refer your car to the best panel beaters until my daughter had an accident and the insurance refer us to Autohaus in Strydom park.The worse panel beaters ever. Pathetic customer service if they know what a customer service is. Staff is rude from the reception to whoever I came across. They don't keep their promises. They argue with customer..the worst one is the lady by name of Pertunia..not sure if she has shares with the company but the way she speak to customers you will think that she owns the company. Never and never again will I ever take my car to them and I will make sure that ALL the insurance companies they know what pathetic service they offer to their clients
