AUTOHAUS PAINT & PANEL - STRYDOMPARK - PATHETIC SERVICE

My daughter's vehicle has been involved in an accident. Being insured with King Price, we were told to take the car to Autohaus Strydompark. Since leaving the car with them a week ago, absolutely nothing has been done. They have this sms system, supposedly to keep you updated on progress made.. What a lie!!! Judging by sms's received, our vehicle was in the spray booth and great progress had been made. Upon visiting them to check up, to our surprise we found the vehicle parked in a corner with absolutely no work done to it.

With that being said, they demanded a 50% deposit before booking the vehicle in.

The service or rather lack thereof is shocking!!!!

We will be going past on a daily basis to ensure the work is carried out!!

If you have a choice - don't use them!!!!
