Fan belt

My car went in for service 2 weeks ago then on Monday my fanbelt snapped. They told me that there is a oil leak and they didnt see it when they serviced the car.<br> <br> So they quoted me R5300 of which they offered to pay half because they knew they were quilty. They ordered the parts and I paid my half which I still thought was unfair.<br> <br> I spoke to the service manager Rodney in his office and he promised me that everything is fine and sorry for the inconvience caused etc.<br> <br> So I drove back to work and I heard a noise again so I stopped and opened my bonnet and guess what? They never even took the pieces of the old fanbelt off it was lying at the bottom of the radiator,I am very disgusted in BMW for this I thought that they would do a good job second time around.<br> <br> I have pictures of the old belt that I had to pull out.<br> <br> I demand my money back and im very dissapointed.<br> <br> Dalene
