Bad service BMW EL

<p>I have been trying to book a car in for service for over a week now. Everytime you call in they take your number and say the service advisor will get back to you however this has still not happened. I called them for the fifth time they put me on hold and still the service advisor did not pick up the phone!!!! Its infortunate as East London branch is the closest place to get service because im currently in Mthatha. This is very dissapointing as one would think this is a reputible business</p>
