I need my spare key.

I bought my 1st car in September 2021 at AutoHaus Beyers in Northcliff Joburg, a very nice fancy car. However the service and attitude we got was very pathetic and wouldn't recommend anyone not even my worst enemy to that dealership ever!!!

Neo the salesman delivered our car at my work place, the car had worn tyres, no car certificate and the most important thing no spare key. We did a follow up regarding that till today there's no help from the dealership.

Yesterday we took the initiative to drive to Joburg at the dealership to get some answers. We met up with the guy called Mohammed who is apparently the owner or the manager of the dealership. A handsome young man, who is very very rude. We got there and asked questions. The first answer we received from Mohammed was a swearing word that we are bull****ters. I wanted my spare key thats all but we received a pathetic rotten service.

Can anyone assist us in escalating the matter until we got our spare key please, I plead for your assistance.
