Extremely unprofessional and careless

<p>A few months ago I was looking for a second hand vehicle with a budget of R140 000. After diligent searching and phoning around for different vehicles I found a real gem (or so I thought) at Peugeot Northcliff. The vehicle was advertised as the cosmo model which immediately grabbed my attention because the selling price was similar to the cheaper enjoy model. I asked the sales rep to point out the differences between the two models but he couldn't and assured me that he would find out (which he never did). After deciding to purchase the vehicle their finance department also ensured me that the the vehicle was the cosmo model as advertised. After taking delivery I did my own research and found that it was not the vehicle advertised. After days of e-mail back and forth the manager agreed to compensate me with a R4000 cash back. Since that e-mail I did not hear from them again or receive my cash back. Trying to contact them has also proven fruitless because they simply ignore my e-mails.</p>
